Investment Info:

Large multi-family (5+ units) buy & hold investment in Chattanooga.

I have done over 100 transactions in my REI career. I've done a lot over the years including fix & flips, wholesaling, BRRR, etc. Today am I specializing in BRRR, buy and hold and short term rentals. My interest and expertise includes investments in Baltimore City/County, MD, Outer Banks, North Carolina, Costa Rica and Chattanooga, TN. I am actively growing my portfolio. I'm always interested in building my network and team in these locations.
