Fix and Flip with house being permanent residence.

Investment Info:

Single-family residence fix & flip investment.

Purchase price: $22,000
Sale price: $108,000

Fix and Flipped with parents being main residence during. Ended really well.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

Low money to start and good area once fixed up.

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

Looking for cheap main residence we could flip.

How did you finance this deal?

Contracted with passive investor.

How did you add value to the deal?

Repaired siding, kitchen, bathrooms, basically went from dump to haven.

What was the outcome?

Money was made.

Lessons learned? Challenges?

You put in the work and follow the process, good things happen. It is definitely hard work, though. Did contractor work myself with help of father.
