I have an opportunity on a cash buy and the numbers look exciting, however the previous owner seemed to use the property as a storage facility and it is DISGUSTING! Im not shy by any means but the issue my partner and I are having is that in order to get the home inspected it needs to be emptied and its sold as is! How would you go about this purchase is it worth the risk or do I let it go!!?
