Hi,

I am hoping to get some insight on this analysis. Currently one half of the duplex has a tenant, have been there for 13+ years, and they pay $800 a month. I would like to airbnb out the other side, and normal rent would probably be around $1200- thinking I could get even more with Airbnb. Trying to see if this is a good deal. Thank you for any input!
