Single-family residence buy & hold investment.

Purchase price: $196,500
Cash invested: $25,000
Sale price: $196,500

Long term rental. First house purchased. I have flipped the entire backyard for entertainment and living space with a 200 sq ft deck. The inside has been remodeled as in all appliances and fixtures .
