Single-family residence buy & hold investment.

Purchase price: $295,000
Cash invested: $60,000

Backyard major flip for entertainment and hangout

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

Airbnb/vrbo

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

Realtor friend . Up and coming area which is now getting flipped like how we did ours

How did you finance this deal?

How did you add value to the deal?

Backyard completely flipped/ have a putting green we built / brick driveway/ lighting and fencing/3 new decks. All new decks and interior
