Townhouse fix & flip investment.

Purchase price: $70,000
Cash invested: $14,000
Sale price: $139,000

Off-market townhome we purchased for $70,000. We purchased this through a local lender, putting 20% down and they financed our renovation. Renovation was about $30,000 with a sales price of $139,000.
