I am missing some info so I know the return is not this good, but it is still worth considering right? I’m just starting this journey so I am analyzing for practice, and when I find options I wish I had buyers for because I think it has great potential.

This is 10, 2 bed/1 bath, 567 sq ft units, sharing 4+ acres and has room for further development. Has the potential to be around $7500 gross rent as is. Thoughts? Opinions? Things to consider?

You are the only people I have to talk about such things with because I was raised in Poor Dad world and at 44 I am learning the Rich Dad mentality! Thankful the last six years of being a realtor have made me get better at doing hard things😉.

Thanks for any insights and learning you offer!
