Owner Finance Foreclosure

I am looking for advice on foreclosing on a home that I am owner financing. The buyer is coming up on 5 months delinquent! He has gotten behind before and paid in bulk, but this is stretching out too long, and as it is a wrap mortgage, I am having to cover payments. I don't want it to go to auction, as I want to keep the house to re-sell. I also don't want the bank to be alerted that it's going to foreclosure. How does it work here in Texas?
