Investment Info:

Single-family residence fix & flip investment in Indianapolis.

Purchase price: $125,000
Cash invested: $5,000
Sale price: $134,900

New half bath, new paint and flooring throughout house. Managed to make a small profit despite market collapse.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

Excellent price, trusted contractor, and renter lined up prior to closing meant instant cash flow. I sold because I left town and didn't want to deal with long distance property management, but wish I'd held on! Recently sold for $309,900!

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?
