Single-family residence other investment in Birmingham.

Purchase price: $15,000

This property was purchased from a wholesaler, then sold using seller financing.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

This deal showed great monthly cash flow with little risk and low stress because the price was low enough to own the property out right.

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

This property was purchase from a wholesaler, who won the property in an online foreclosure auction.

How did you finance this deal?

Investment savings and 401k funding.

How did you add value to the deal?

We added value by making the property available with seller fianancing.

What was the outcome?

The outcome was a 25 day sale with montly cash flow and becoming friends with a really nice lady.
