I’m a very determined and hardworking new investor.

Currently shadowing and gaining sweat equity in the process of flipping. I'm heavily interested in starting to gain rentals employing the BRRR strategy.

I’m an out of state investor looking in the mainly business in following markets:

Northern Idaho and Washington (Lewiston/Clarkston area)

Ohio (Mainly Akron area)

Texas (Amarillo)

My main goals:

1. Build a trustworthy, determined, and friendly reputation.

2. Establish trustworthy contacts in each of the areas listed above.

3. Build up my real estate portfolio

3a. Use the BRRR strategy to generate enough passive income for me to be able to move around the country, and spend more time networking and finding deals.

3b. Build a trustworthy and reliable team to help me through this process.

I’m new to this community. I’m dedicated and a sponge for knowledge. I look forward to speaking with whoever is open to share some advice and tips.
