This is my first investment property; I will be closing on it on March 26, 2021 the property has been damaged by the derecho. I would have to repair and install roof, tear off and relace all drywall….

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

I have always wanted to invest in real estate. But my children were young at the time. And as a single mother working 2 jobs and raising my children it was hard for me to take a risk. Now that my children are adults and I have some cash saved to start. Now is the time to start… Even though, I have a great job and benefits. My goal is to be financially free and never work for anyone again…
