Investment Info:

Single-family residence fix & flip investment.

Purchase price: $67,000
Sale price: $80,000

Bought this property from a wholesaler. decided to opt for a quicker turnaround time since we had some other flips going on with higher profit margins. Sold this house on the MLS and made just under 10k.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

It was a simple project and we knew that we purchased it cheap enough that we had an abundance of options.

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

Wholesaler. we made an offer lower than their asking price and after a week or 2, they came back to us and took our price.
