Split commercial acerage?
Hello! Looking for some opinions. We have a 5-acre commercial lot on a corner at a busy intersection. We've received an offer but only for the front 3 acres. Which would leave 2 acres off the busiest road and on a less active side street. Would you sell the 3 acres or try to negotiate in the remaining 2 acres? Will this drop the value of the remaining 2 acres? Thanks for the insight!
