I just started using the rental calculator to evaluate my own properties and I love it. I have done my own analysis but never used the calculators on BP and I was happy to find that I have some well performing properties,  even better than I thought. What about you have you tried the calculators and learned anything about your own properties that you already own? Let me know. Happy investing.
