6 Bedroom Duplex in STL [All You Can Analyze Weekend]

It's a former beauty that hasn't been given the care it needed.  I saw the inspection report and both the foundations and the tuckpointing needs major work.  Added to the interior work, will that be 60k?  120k?  I'm not sure, but I don't think it's worth the risk to pay a structural engineer come out and do an estimate.  I passed.
