Has anyone noticed a glitch when you use the address drop down on the analysis, it puts in the taxes for you. It shows correctly on the calculator, but when you hit analyze, it changes it to a monthly amount (but leaves the yearly amt in there) which shows a negative CF? I have had to go back and manually change it each time. This seems odd.

These numbers are as close as the calculator would let me get. My LTV was actually 77.26% due to paying above the appraisal amount and the calculator wouldn't let me choose that. My CF is $300 and my ConC is 11.44%. Still great numbers IMO.
