Condo Rehab and Rental. HOA still sucks

Investment Info:

Condo buy & hold investment in San Antonio.

Purchase price: $127,900
Cash invested: $30,000
Sale price: $150,000

Condo in Villa Dijon. Personal residence and then rented out

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

Wanted to stop renting again and have a nice living space in Alamo Heights

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

Found it on the market. Lowest price per sq. foot in Alamo Heights at that moment.

How did you finance this deal?

Commercial bank loan

How did you add value to the deal?

Rehab and then rented out once moved out into new fix and flip

What was the outcome?

Success but HOA always an added operating and fixed/growing cost

Lessons learned? Challenges?

HOA no thanks but great time, learning and living experience with net proft
