Single-family residence fix & flip investment in Crestline.

Purchase price: $75,000
Cash invested: $35,000
Sale price: $159,000

This was a Single Family Home located in the mountain city of Crestline, California. Feel free to contact me for more details.

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

I got this deal from another investor who originally found it and decided to whole sale it to me.

How did you finance this deal?

All Cash. Me and two other partners.

How did you add value to the deal?

Completely remodeled the interior and improved the exterior space as well. 

What was the outcome?

Forced appreciation. Was able to increase the value of the property by doing the improvements.

Did you work with any real estate professionals (agents, lenders, etc.) that you'd recommend to others?

I am a Real Estate Agent and Investor. I also work with a lot of investors.
