I am super new to the Real Estate Investing industry. I am trying to figure out my niche. As I am researching, I came across this website FlipComp.com I am probably not ready to invest in this tool just yet, but would like to know if anyone is currently using this and how it is working out for you? Does it really do everything is says it does?
