Should I buy a house with Foundation Issues?

I recently found a deal that I think I can secure for around 45k.. estimated ARV would be around 100-110k.

The house foundation is rough though, believe it needs New sub flooring in a lot of areas and leveled at the very least. You can look at the ceiling line and see the waves in some areas just by looking.

I don’t have much experience with floors like this and cost associated so can anyone shed light on their experiences with less than ideal foundations (How it looked / how you fixed it / price) ?

I want to make something happen with this property but I don’t want to get in over my head either.

Thanks.
