Whole life policy and 401k loan to get this investments down-payment.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

Small starter home in a quiet neighborhood found by an awesome Realtor.

How did you finance this deal?

Took a 5% loan from whole life insurance policy ( cash build up) to come up with 20% down payment.

Lessons learned? Challenges?

Roof did not pass inspection , turns out my realtor had done some research and a hail storm had caused the damage. Insurance covered the Roof. Brand new roof 🤗
