I've lived next to this building since I was young and I saw it up for sale recently so i thought it would be fun to run the numbers. I was wondering if this deal and the number inputs make sense to everyone else. If not please let me know where I could improve my input numbers I'm stilling trying to make sure I'm doing my practice property analyses right. Oh and if anyone in the future buys this property and would need help cleaning any of the units out or any smaller hands on work i would love to help! helping laying new floors, subway tiles, paint, yard upkeep. I would love to learn the ropes from someone hands on in the area!
