Investment Info:

Single-family residence fix & flip investment.

Purchase price: $115,000
Cash invested: $7,000
Sale price: $145,000

Did this flip as an occupant. property had a great layout, it was a 4 bedroom 3 bathroom when we bought it. I converted 2 of the upstairs bedrooms into one 15x32 master bedroom. stripped all the walls of their multiple layers of wallpaper, repainted, installed new wood floors, refurbished old counters and cabinets. most of the value from this renovation came through sweat equity. currently residing in my next project home. looking to expand to doing flips non owner occupancy style.
