Calling all Demographers, Mathletes and Statisticians ALF
Im working on a producing an excel spreadsheet that will spit out the demand for assisted living and memory care needs in a particular area. I already have ways to get demographics broken down to into age categories. Then based off of several hours of research I have found affliction rates of elderly affected by dementia and immobility. My hurdle that I can't determine or find research on, is how many of those effected by dementia will need to be move into MC (Memory care units of assisted living Facilities)? I'm sure someone on here has a big brain that can come up with something. Or if your in the ALF research industry and have came up with some calculations I would greatly appreciate it.
