Giant leap into the real estate world!

Investment Info:

Small multi-family (2-4 units) buy & hold investment.

Purchase price: $110,000
Cash invested: $10,000

This is my first rental property and I couldn't be more pleased with it. Upper and lower duplex that has had full occupancy for several years and is in a great location. Needed some paint and a good deep clean, but other than that, it's a great first buy!
