Bought my first house hack. My tenant pays half my mortgage.
What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?
Love the low-interest rates on a primary home. Especially when someone else pays half my mortgage.

Found on MLS. Always look for a house with bad photos!!! Saved a ton on this place because no one else would go see it.
