Anyone used the DealCheck App?
Has anyone here used the deal mCheck app?
I’ve been using the app to get an idea if a property is a good deal for a rental property and so far I have plugged in properties in many comities and in none of the cases have I seen it show a positive cash flow.
So was wondering if the properties I am looking around TX, TN, MO is just not a sound one or the app is basing it on very conservative numbers?
