Investment Info:

Small multi-family (2-4 units) buy & hold investment in Fair Oaks.

Purchase price: $677,000
Cash invested: $45,000

Large 6 bedroom house built in 1911. I split off the basement into a separate apartment and am now renting the bedrooms in the main house by the room. What a great project!
