Investment Info:

Single-family residence buy & hold investment in Woodstock.

Purchase price: $270,000
Cash invested: $5,000
Sale price: $305,000

Bought as first home in a highly desirable suburb of Atlanta. Market appreciated and we listed. 24 hrs we had multiple offers . Sold property and brought our money and sanity to SW Florida

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

We buy properties we can live in and sell as we build up capital

Paint, Copper handrails, shiplap

What was the outcome?

We walked with over $22K profit for a 12 month investment

Lessons learned? Challenges?

I would have rented looking back, great to have a new property in our portfolio.
