Investment Info:

Small multi-family (2-4 units) buy & hold investment.

Turn of the century quadplex. Bought with fha loan, 10% down. Needs some rehab. Hoping to up each units rent $100 after some upgrades and max out the cash on cash return.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

The cash flow of multiunits can't be beat by single families especially if there is a vacancy.

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

Real estate broker.

How did you finance this deal?

Fha loan with a local lender.

How did you add value to the deal?

Going to rehab the property, moving through unit by unit.

What was the outcome?
