I am looking to get professional advice on how to structure a deal where i am getting added to the deed on an investment property that is owned free and clear by current homeowner. I am looking to do a cash out refi in my name on the property 75% LTV and need help structuring payment terms with the current owner on the remaining 25%. Any referrals to an experienced attorney in vancouver wa would be appreciated
