Purchase price: $30,001
Cash invested: $27,000
Sale price: $89,000

Nice $32,899 profit for my Joint Venture partners on this deal. I managed the purchase and rehab on this project.

I bought this house at the county auction.

Cash from Joint Venture partners.

How did you add value to the deal?

Full upgrade of the kitchen and bathroom.

What was the outcome?

A very nice profit.
