Condo other investment in Wisc Dells.

Purchase price: $64,500

One bedroom, one bathroom condo located on Lake Delton in Wisconsin Dells, WI.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

Wanted to acquire some investment properties.

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

MLS

How did you finance this deal?

Paid cash from our HELOC and refinanced the deal after we closed.

How did you add value to the deal?

Upgraded furnishings.

What was the outcome?

Rents well and we are enjoying the extra income.
