Investment Info:

Small multi-family (2-4 units) buy & hold investment.

Purchase price: $40,000

Purchased a duplex HUD foreclosure. We will be fully rehabbing the property before renting and refinancing.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

My son and I decided to invest together. This allowed us to get in to the market and will give my son the education needed for full home rehabilitation.

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

Could the deal on Zillow. It was an Auction.com home, but we purchased it after it failed at auction and entered the MLS.

How did you finance this deal?

Conventional Financing.

How did you add value to the deal?

Rehab
