New stain on the exterior along with landscaping. New deck. New furnace and added AC. This home has all the custom upgrades you could wish for. New wood flooring and tile. Fresh paint throughout the home. Kitchen has new cabinets/tiled back splash/granite counter tops and new stainless steel appliances. Bathrooms are completely new.
