Townhouse buy & hold investment in Scottsdale.

Purchase price: $450,000
Cash invested: $90,000

Purchased originally as primary home with the intention to turn into a long term rental.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

Building long term wealth in a great area.

Builder had purchaser fall through last minute and needed to get it closed

Furnished the property with high end furniture and decor to raise rents and increase income to assist with future purchase financing.
