Single family ranch in the village

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

Ease of entry to the market. Low inventory, prices are rising in the area. I knew I needed to buy ASAP.

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

MLS. Negotiated with the agent.

How did you finance this deal?

Conventional financing, first time home buyer, 3% down, seller paid most closing costs.

How did you add value to the deal?

cosmetic upgrades

What was the outcome?

Easy to rent! Looks great!
