Investment Info:

Single-family residence other investment in Midway.

Purchase price: $10,000
Cash invested: $55,000

Just bought 2 acres in Midway GA. Planning on Building two homes on this parcel to rent out. Estimated Cost to build $50,000.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

My Father builds homes from the ground up for people. I decided to move in a new direction and build a few for myself to rent out.

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

The sellers mother recently passed and He is living in Michigan and wanted to sell his land to cash out.

How did you finance this deal?

Paid cash for the land. Getting a Hard Money loan for the build.
