Investment Info:

Small multi-family (2-4 units) buy & hold investment.

Purchase price: $450,000
Cash invested: $21,000

House Hacking this Duplex....Not the best preformer on year 0-1, however, it got us to the city we wanted and the 5 and 10 year projections are Awesome! Long-term buy and hold

How did you add value to the deal?

Not much to improve at this point. Recently remodel by a local flipper provided a quality turn key purchase
