Hi, BP! HNY. Stupid question. Newb, analyzing my daily deal, and at the bottom it says:

"Seller offering $2K closing cost assistance to buyer OR seller willing to retrofit home to make FHA compliant for buyers needing FHA lending."

What does "willing to retrofit home to make FHA..." mean?
