Cash invested: $3,763,557

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

I have been in Real Estate for 20 years and I have a passion for building and developing new Assets from Single Family to Multi Family.

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

I found the vacant land and re zoned it's use.

How did you finance this deal?

Local Bank

How did you add value to the deal?

I acted as the Developer and Managing Member of my project. Plus I brought cash into the project.

What was the outcome?

Successful Venture.

Your Team is the most Important! Hiring the wrong Property Management company can hurt you on lease up and cost you lots of wasted money.
