First Property- Turnkey SFR
Investment Info:
Single-family residence buy & hold investment in Oklahoma City.
Initially a 13% CoC return rate. We switched tenants and now have a 18% CoC return. Long term hold as we are bullish on the Oklahoma residential market.
How did you finance this deal?
Conventional financing. We found a solid local lender who was able to do loans as low as 30k.

Annual rent increases
