First Investment that open my eyes in the real estate game.

Investment Info:

Small multi-family (2-4 units) buy & hold investment.

Purchase price: $465,000
Cash invested: $13,000

Three unit multi-family.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

the square footages, neighborhood, equity and cashflow.

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

Well the deal actual came to me thru networking, I informed friends and families that I was looking for a 2 unit family home to house hack. It took approximately 7 months before it came to me and a month to close. It was a off market deal that came at the right time for the right person (me) lol.

How did you finance this deal?
