New Roof - Windows- Siding.  3x 2 bedroom Units.  Needs maybe an hour per unit in touching up paint and cleaning carpets.  

Has the potential for rent increases of about $50 per unit as it sits.  $100 with some light updating.

First residential investment for me - wanted everyone's thoughts.  Its not the best return, but seems to be inline with what is selling around me.
