Investment Info:

Small multi-family (2-4 units) buy & hold investment in Greeley.

Purchase price: $357,300
Cash invested: $100,000

Single Family Home but with 5 rooms rented to different students of local college. Therefore we have 5x rent coming in.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

Great location since it is only one block from college campus. Also because our daughter needed a room for going to college so that was our trigger to start investing.

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

Through local real estate agent.
