My First Land Plot and my best deal yet

Purchase price: $2,000
Cash invested: $2,000
Sale price: $50,000
I wanted to renovate an old building (multi family) in Walnuts Hills, but it was too late. The city had already scheduled to have it demolished. I contacted the bank that owned the property and they offered to sell me the land, once the building was demolished.
A month later I received a call from the bank offering to sell me the land. 10 days later I purchased the plot for $2,000, this was in 2015. I just sold the land for $50,000. On to my next deal.
