Condo buy & hold investment.

Purchase price: $147,000

Perfect location in Castle Rock, CO. Located next to all the amenities the town has to offer. Close to freeway access, and across the street from a beautiful park. 2 Bed/2.5 Bath upstairs, corner unit.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

This was our first home to purchase. Instead of getting into a home that was tough to make the mortgage payment, we lived beneath our means and have been lucky enough to hold onto this property and turn it into a rental.

How did you finance this deal?

Traditional FHA loan
