Local realtor brought it to me. it was on the market for 2 years and there was another offer the same day i submitted ours. they took ours even though it was $60,000 less because ours was so clean.

Great looking property and the PERFECT buyer came along looking to move out of Atlanta.

went way over budget but luckily prices went up so much doing that time that we still made our profit numbers. We were lucky, can't let that happen in a normal market.
